Etsy shop insights for understanding a shop's listings and tags
Etsy shop insights give you a clear view of one shop at a time, so you can study its listings, the tags it actually uses, and its Estimated performance before you plan your own work. It is built for sellers who want research based on live Etsy data through the official Etsy API, rather than guesswork about what a shop sells.
You get the shop's listings and tag patterns in one place, with Estimated sales and revenue labeled with the method behind them, so you can compare shops fairly and pick ideas worth testing in your own listings before you commit time to new drafts.

How it works
Step 1: Choose the shop you want to review
Enter the shop you want to study, or browse from shops already tracked in Cixur. The overview opens on that single shop, so you are looking at one seller's range at a time. Start with a shop that sells products close to your own, since its choices will be the most relevant to your plans.
Step 2: Compare its listings, tags, and Estimated performance
Look through the shop's listings alongside the tags it actually uses, and check how Estimated performance varies across its range. Notice which products carry similar tags, and which listings stand apart from the rest. This comparison shows patterns in wording and range, not just one listing in isolation.
Step 3: Shortlist ideas for your own listings
Pick out tag patterns and listing approaches that fit your own products, and note them for your next draft. Rewrite every idea in your own words, and check that it describes your product accurately before you use it. Keep the shortlist small, so each change you make can be judged on its own merits.
What you see
Shop overview preview
- Shop listings with titles and prices
- Tags the shop actually uses
- Estimated sales and revenue, labeled as Estimated
- Tag patterns across the shop's listings
Illustrative preview. Not a real seller's private data.
Why it helps
- One view of a shop's listings, tags, and Estimated performance, so research does not mean switching between separate reports.
- Tags shown as the shop actually uses them, giving you real wording to study instead of generic keyword suggestions.
- Estimated performance labeled with its method, so you know what is an estimate and what is a recorded figure.
- A shop-wide view that reveals repeated tag patterns, which a single listing view would miss.
- A practical starting point for your own listing plans, grounded in live Etsy data through the official Etsy API.
Who it is for
New sellers
Study how established shops present a similar range, and learn which tags and listing structures are common before writing your first listings.
Active sellers
Review shops in your niche on a regular basis, and refresh your own tags and titles when you see wording patterns you have not tried yet.
Full time sellers and small teams
Compare several shops in a structured way, and turn recurring patterns into a shared brief for new listings across the range.
Limits and honesty
Shop Insights shows public listing information gathered through the official Etsy API. It does not show a shop's private data, such as its internal sales records, traffic sources, or conversion figures.
Sales and revenue figures are labeled Estimated, and they are estimates based on visible signals, not exact sales records. Etsy does not publish exact per-shop sales figures, so treat every Estimated figure as a guide for comparison, and check your own product, pricing, and photos before acting on it.
