What every tool does, and how plans, billing, and accounts work. Exact prices and daily limits live on the Pricing page and on your Usage page.

Getting started

Cixur is an Etsy research and SEO toolkit for sellers. It helps you find new shops and listings, spot promising niches, research keywords, check rankings, size up competitors, and write listing titles, tags, and descriptions.

Any Etsy seller. New sellers use it to pick a first niche with evidence instead of a guess. Active sellers use it to track competitors, follow trends, and improve listings. Full-time sellers and small teams use it for deeper daily research. You need a Cixur account, but you never connect your Etsy shop or share Etsy credentials.

Create a free account, verify your email, and log in to your panel. A good first pass is the Niche Finder to score a niche idea, then the New Shops Radar and New Listings Radar to see what is fresh right now. From there, research keywords for the niche and draft your listing content with the AI generators.

If you have an account, open a support ticket from your panel — it keeps your question tied to your account so support can help properly. You can also reach us from the Contact page.

Research tools

The Niche Finder scores niches by demand, competition, and opportunity from collected Etsy listings, so you can choose a direction backed by real listings. Open it, search or browse niches, and compare their scores. Shortlist the niches that score well, then check the listings behind each score before you commit.

The New Shops Radar shows shops that recently opened, in the time window you choose, so you can see what new sellers are trying first. Pick a window, browse the shops, and open any shop to see what it sells. Only shops whose opening date falls inside the selected window are shown.

The New Listings Radar catches fresh listings as they appear, placed by the date they were first created — not by a renewal date. Pick a window, from the last few hours up to a custom range, and filter by listing type. Only listings first created inside the window are shown, so you always know what is genuinely new.

The Opportunity Map plots niches on demand versus competition, so you can compare them at a glance. The green sweet-spot quadrant — high demand, low competition — is where a new seller has the clearest room to stand out. Use it to build a shortlist, then still check the listings behind any score before you act on it.

The Keyword Tool researches a keyword against live listings on Etsy, with related and long-tail ideas drawn from real listing tags. Enter a term to see its competition and demand signals and the top collected listings. Etsy publishes no search-volume figure, so counts here come from live listings, not from a search-volume estimate. If a term is not in the collected store yet, it is honestly marked as not tracked yet and queued for collection.

The Rank Checker shows where a listing ranks for a keyword, and follows how that position changes over time. Enter a keyword and a listing link or ID to run a manual check across search pages and see the real position at that moment. Past checks for the same keyword and listing are kept as rank history, so you can see whether a change you made moved the needle.

Trends follows what buyers are looking for. Trend Buzz shows what is rising right now across Etsy, by current momentum. Monthly Trends is a seasonality planner for the whole year: it shows when demand peaks, so you can launch well before peak season and gather favorites and reviews first. Filter by listing type — all, digital, physical, or print on demand — to see the pattern for your kind of product.

Competitors and shops

The Revenue Checker looks up a shop and shows its Estimated sales and revenue, labeled with the method, so you can size up a competitor before you compete. Enter a shop name or shop link. The check lists that shop's listings as cards, so you can see what it sells alongside its Estimated performance.

Competitor Sales benchmarks a competitor's Estimated sales and revenue over time, day by day, with the method shown. Follow a shop to start its sales history, then watch how its Estimated performance moves. The estimates come from review velocity and the review rate, which you can adjust in Settings.

Top Sellers is the leaderboard: shops ranked by Estimated sales, filterable by niche and category. Study the leaders to see what they do well, then carve out your own angle. Your plan shows a set number of rows here, and the full leaderboard opens on a higher plan.

Shop Insights reviews a shop's listings, tags, and Estimated performance in one place. Enter a shop name to see the tags it actually uses, its listings, and its performance. A shop's lifetime sales count, where shown without an estimate label, is the figure Etsy publishes for that shop. Anything marked Estimated is an estimate, labeled with its method.

The Category Report compares categories by listings, sellers, and Estimated sales, and shows where a category is already crowded. Pick a category to see its size, growth, and saturation. High saturation means a harder climb for a new listing, so use the report to weigh a crowded category against a quieter one.

Listing tools

The AI Title Generator drafts titles within Etsy's character limit, tuned to your keyword, with variants to compare. Enter your keyword and a few words about your product. Put your primary keyword first, since search and buyers weigh the start of a title most, then pick the variant that reads most naturally for your listing.

The AI Tag Generator produces tags within the character limit, plus backups, built from real listing language — so your listing speaks the way buyers search. Enter your keyword and product details, then review the set. The counter on every tag keeps you inside the limit, and you can swap any backup in when a main tag feels off.

The AI Description Generator drafts a full, structured description: a hook with your main keyword near the start, features, materials, shipping, care, questions buyers ask, and a gentle call to action — plus image alt-text. Enter your keyword and product details, then edit the draft in your own voice before you publish it.

The Bulk Optimizer optimizes many listings at once from a CSV file, and exports the results back as a CSV file. Use the template on the page — one row per listing, with columns for title, keyword, and product details — then upload or paste your rows. You get optimized titles, ready-to-use tags with backups, and descriptions back in a file you can open in a spreadsheet.

The Listing Audit scores any listing against a checklist and shows what to fix first. Paste a listing link or ID. The audit fetches the real listing from Etsy at that moment — its actual title, tags, photos, and price — so edits you made today are reflected. Fix the failed items first, starting at the top of the list. The score is a checklist score, not a ranking promise.

The Calculators work out Etsy fees, profit, margin, pricing, and break-even for a listing, plus a Profit Simulator. All math runs as you type. Enter a price and your costs to see fees, profit, and margin. What you enter decides the result, so use your real costs. Calculators keep working even when a lookup feature hits its daily limit.

Keyword Lists keep the keywords that matter to you in one place. The Bulk Keyword Tool researches many keywords at once and compares them side by side. Keyword Gap shows which keywords your competitors rank for that you do not. Compare Listings puts two listings side by side. Health Check gives a quick pass over a listing's title, tags, photos, and price. The AI Listing Helper drafts a title, tags, and description for the same listing in one place. Traffic Stats follows attention to a shop or niche over time. Spotted on Etsy surfaces listings and shops worth a second look. Tag Report shows which tags appear most across a niche. Sales Map shows where Estimated sales concentrate. The Shortcut Button jumps to any tool from anywhere in the panel.

Plans, billing, and account

Free, Starter, Pro, and Expert. Every plan includes the full toolkit — paid plans raise the daily limits on live lookups and open wider rows and radar windows. See the Pricing page for the current plans and their benefits. Free is the starting plan, and Pro is marked Most Popular.

Your new plan's limit applies right away, with what you already used today counted against it. Your count does not reset on upgrade. You can upgrade from the Pricing page or your panel at any time.

Billing is currently in test mode — no real charges are made. You can upgrade, cancel, renew, and view invoice records from your panel's Billing section. Paid plans, when live billing is enabled, bill in advance for the chosen period.

Your plan stays active until the end of the current period, then drops to Free. Your saved lists, boards, and history stay on your account. Billing is currently in test mode, so no real payments are taken and no refunds are applicable at this time. When live billing is enabled, refund requests for the current period can be made from the Support page within 7 days of the charge, and are reviewed case by case.

Create an account with your email and a password, then verify your email from the link sent to your inbox — you need to verify before you can log in. If you forget your password, request a reset link from the login page; reset links are valid for a short time. Google sign-in is offered when it is enabled. You can delete your account from Settings, which removes your account, usage history, saved lists, and tickets.

Your password is stored only as a hash, never in plain text. Sign-in uses strictly necessary session cookies, and there are no tracking cookies. Cixur never asks for your Etsy account credentials, and Etsy data shown in the tool is public marketplace data fetched through the official Etsy API. If you have an account, the fastest way to report a security concern is a support ticket from your panel.
