Etsy listing audit with a checklist score and a fix-first order
An Etsy listing audit scores a listing against a checklist using its real title, tags, photos, and price, so you can see what to fix first. It is for sellers who want a structured review of one listing before they spend time rewriting it. The audit fetches the real listing from Etsy at that moment through the official Etsy API, so the score reflects the listing as it stands now, not a saved copy.
You get a checklist score plus the failed items in priority order, starting at the top. Work through those items one by one, update the listing, and run the audit again to confirm the changes are reflected.

How it works
Step 1: Paste the listing URL for your Etsy listing audit
Paste the URL of the listing you want to audit. The tool fetches the real listing from Etsy at that moment, so the review starts from the current title, tags, photos, and price. Check that the URL matches the listing you meant before you run the audit.
Step 2: Review the checklist score and failed items
Read the checklist score, then work down the failed items in the order shown. Each failed item points to a specific part of the listing, such as a title, a tag set, or a photo set. Start at the top, since the order reflects what to fix first.
Step 3: Fix the top items first, then re-audit
Update the listing for the failed items you chose to fix, beginning with the top item on the list. Then run the audit again to confirm the updated listing scores as expected. Keep the changes that improved the checklist result, and revisit any item that still fails.

Why it helps
- Audits the real listing fetched from Etsy at that moment, not a saved or typed summary.
- Covers title, tags, photos, and price in one checklist, so nothing central is left to guesswork.
- Orders failed items by priority, so you know what to fix first instead of where to start.
- Gives a repeatable score, so you can re-audit after an edit and confirm the change was reflected.
- Works for any listing you can link to, so you can review your own listing or study a listing for research.
Who it is for
New sellers
Run a first structured check on a new listing and fix the clear gaps before you move on to the next listing.
Active sellers
Review listings that are not performing as expected and work through the failed items in priority order.
Full time sellers and small teams
Use the same checklist across a catalog, so every listing is reviewed to the same standard before a launch or refresh.
Limits and honesty
The audit score is a checklist score, not a ranking promise. A higher checklist score does not promise a search position, and it does not promise sales. It shows how completely a listing meets the checklist at the time of the audit.
Etsy does not publish a complete ranking formula, so no audit can tell you exactly how Etsy will rank a listing. Use the audit to fix clear listing gaps, then check the listing manually and compare it with your shop traffic and orders over time.
Pricing
Every plan includes the full toolkit. Paid plans raise daily limits. Daily limits reset at UTC midnight. See the pricing page for the full table.
